A couple of months ago, I had my first coaching experience with Andréanne. We talked about a very difficult topic; I was having a hard time dealing with my grief. She exceeded my expectations. She was so kind and empathetic. She made it very easy for me to feel comfortable and helped me open up with her precise questions. I enjoyed our breathing and relaxation exercises, and the best of all is that I received an email with things I could do to help me in my process.
